Martin has lead investigative teams during North America wide Criminal investigations which involved the FBI, local US policing agencies, the RCMP and various Canadian police services. Martin comes to Raven with over 23 years of policing experience in both the United Kingdom and North America. Martin has a wide range of experience primarily in an investigative capacity including Homicide, Terrorism Investigation, Surveillance, Intelligence Development and Human Trafficking. Martin has been responsible for developing policies and strategies for police services on both sides of the Atlantic. Martin also has operational policing experience, including having responsibility for the leadership of uniform policing teams providing emergency response for a population over 200,000. and brings his training in Emergency Incident Management to Raven Controls.
